Only fully self-contained recreational vehicles will be allowed. We are not a campground. If your RV is over 10 years old, we ask that you send a current pictures of all 4 sides to info@ctrvresort.com. Once approved by the manager, a reservation can be made.

 

All sites offer 20/30/50 amp service. Rates include water, sewer, use of facilities, swimming pool & spa, and exercise equipment. Some activities are free. The majority of our sites include cable TV. 

 

Pricing is based upon up to two adults and 2 children per vehicle. An additional $5 per person over the age of five will be charged.


Check in time is 1 pm. Check out time is 11:00 am.

Dog Restrictions

No more than three (3) dogs, cats or other common household pets per RV or lot.

RV Restrictions

Pride of Ownership. 

RV's over 10 years old require approval from management prior to stay. If your rig is over 10 years old, be prepared to send a picture.
We do not allow Pop-Ups or tent camping.
